4 Jackets / Coats You Need In Your Collection // Fall Fashion
Good morning everyone!! Over the past month or so, I've been slightly bragging about how nice the weather has been here. But this whole past week has really bitten me in the behind.... it's been rainy and cold all week. Seriously last year at this time we were still going to the beach.
Fun fact; I am obsessed with jackets and coats. I dont know why, but I have always loved having a good selection of outerwear to choose from. Outerwear can elevate an outfit to the next level. It can also change the overall style of an outfit so much, that if you wear the exact same clothes while only swapping out the jacket, you can change the entire vibe of said outfit. So today I wanted to share with you some must have jackets/coats that you need in your fall collection.

Or faux leather, for those of us that can't really afford the real deal, right now anyway!! 🤣 I have seriously been rocking a leather jacket since my freshman year in high school. (And it was real leather, because my parents bought it for me! Thanks mom and dad!! 😉)!! Having a leather jacket can take you from a basic-b to bad-B in .2 seconds! 🤣 If I had to choose ONE jacket to wear for the rest of my life. It would be a black leather jacket hands down!!
- Blazers -
I feel like a good blazer can be put over just about anything. My favorite way to wear a blazer is over a t-shirt and distressed jeans. 😍 It goes from slouchy to super chic real quick! 👌🏻
- Denim -
I remember my parents always wearing denim jackets when I was a kid in the 90's, but I didn't start wearing them til I was in my early 20's. I have several that are slightly different from each other that I swap around depending on what's going to be underneath. One, is more fitted and hits at the upper hip, I've had for about 8 years. One I borrowed from a friend and never gave it back... then added pearl embellishments to it... 🙄... sorry Mel!! 🤣 Then another one that's more loose fitting that can be worn with more bulky appeal!

Everyone needs a more dressy coat. They are so classy and can definitely make your outfit look more expensive. If you spend a little extra money on a great coat, it will last forever. I bought this black one from Old Navy when I was in high school (again 15 years ago) and I STILL wear it every winter.
