Masquerade Nights // October Ipsy Glam Bag

Hey yall, it's that time of the month again! If you guessed the IPSY unbagging and review, then you're correct!! 🤣 I had so much fun with this months bag. The theme is "Who Said Night Time Is For Sleeping". The bag is red with an embossed masquerade mask. Which, I am slightly obsessed with masquerades! I've wanted to have one since Leonardo DiCaprio was Romeo back in 96'... 🙄... yes, I'm that old, let's move on!! 🤣 And considering that this years Winners Circle theme was Masquerade, I already had the marks! These posts are definitely my favorite,  especially when I can get Stephen on board with my nonsense! Now let's get into the products!

First up in my bag is a brightening peel from Wander Beauty. This nourishing mask has a pretty, berry-pink color that makes it so fun to apply. It’s made with antioxidant-rich ingredients like acai, goji berry, and green tea extracts that help heal, replenish, purify, and brighten dull skin. We applied it and our skin felt so smooth, hydrated, and fresh—no uncomfy tight feeling, here!

Second item in my bag, and what I was THE MOST excited about, was the TARTE Shape Tape concealer! I've just always used the NARS radiant concealer, and never really considered trying anything else. The matte-finish formula is blendable, buildable, and goes on smooth. It’s made with skin-nourishing ingredients like shea butter, mango seed butter, and licorice root extract. Shea butter intensely hydrates and helps protect your skin’s moisture barrier. Vitamin-rich mango seed butter helps condition your skin. Licorice root extract brightens up dark spots and minimizes the appearance of dark circles. I do feel like I may possibly perhaps, consider swapping... 🙄...

The next product is an iridescent highlighter from City Color Cosmetics. Yall know that I LUUUVVV a good highlighter.  But yall also know that I am a neutral nelly!! So, where this is a fun color, it's not my jam at all. And I'm sorry but I forgot to get a swatch for yall. (SO, the first person to message me with their address, I'll send it to you!!)

Then, I got a blending brush from SLMISSGLAM. At first I thought it was supposed to be bent, but then later I realized its NOT 😳🤣 So yeah, I dont know what happened there, but it's still a good blending brush, so it doesn't really bother me that much!!

The last item in my bag is a nail polish from Pretty Woman in the shade Dont Be Jelly. The name says it all—this baby is sassy. It’s long-wearing, crack and chip-resistant, and dries super fast. Don’t Be Jelly is a raspberry plum shade that feels so fall.

Thanks so much for reading. I hope yall enjoyed today's review! See tall next week!!
