Feel More Confident In Your Own Skin // Hair, Skin, Teeth //
I feel like it's easy for ladies can catch a bad rap for being "high maintenance", when in all actuality, it's just regular ole maintenance! Today I want to share with you some of my "regular maintenance" routines and products that I use everyday or a few times a week that give me a nice boost of confidence and keep my outer appearance looking 👌🏻. Because let's face it, if you feel more confident, then you'll be more confident! I'm talking from the top of my head, to my little toesies.
- Hair -
They say that your hair is the crown that you wear everywhere. And with me having platinum blonde hair, if I don't tone it, it will start looking extremely yellow, like a legit crown 👑 😳. My cousin introduced me to Clarols Shimmer Lights purple shampoo about 12 years ago, and I have been using it 2 or 3 times a week ever since! 💜💜💜

- Face -
I know I've also talked about these products in my last current skincare post, that's because I love them so much! I have been using the same facial products for a year now. I will throw in something new here or there, to test out, but for the most part I stick with Neutrogena. You can read all about that here.
- Teeth -
As much as I enjoy drinking coffee, I enjoy having white teeth more. I use these custom-fitted whitening trays from Smile Brilliant Im so excited to tell you about my experience. They sent me an impression kit to get the exact mold of my teeth. After making the impressions, I put them in the return envelope, and sent them to their lab. It only took a few days to get my trays back. I was completely shocked at the quality of these trays. The whitening process was super easy. I feel like it doesn't matter what season it is, I am still going to have dry skin, especially my hands and feet. In the winter I'm dry from the cold. In the summer, dry from the pool and ocean. I have been buying this NIVEA hydrating body lotion for YEARS! My whole family uses it everyday!
Im well aware that true beauty will shine from within, but for those of us that are still a work in progress, we have to rely on our outward appearance (fake it til you make it right,?!! Lol) I just know when I have shiny hair, a clear face, white teeth, and healthy hydrated skin I feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin.
