🍽 Our Favorite Restaurants In Huntsville/Madison, Alabama

Since we've announced that we moved, I figured now would be the best time to share all of our favorite sit-down restaurants in the Madison area. So if you don't like looking at other peoples' food, this may not be the post for you!!🤷🏼‍♀️😅 But if you're new to the area, this may be what you're looking for!!

Pier 88 is a seafood cuisine restaurant. It's in the same shopping center as the Best Buy, which is when we first discovered it. I am super picky about my crab, and this place did not disappoint. We ate here several times throughout our year in Alabama, and it was good every time. I really wanted to eat here one last time, but we didn't get a chance to..😭 If you've been a long time follower, then I'm sure you know that I've made it my life's mission to try everyone's calamari!!😅 Pier 88 has good calamari and ranch!!

The Juicy Seafood. We only ate here once. Like I said earlier I wanted to eat at Pier 88 one last time, but someone recommended this place, so we went here instead... it was ok, not as good as Pier 88, but I thought it was worth a mention. It's a very similar vibe to 88, as far as the style of food. The crab is presented in a bag. The crab was seasoned well, but it was overcooked. 

Dave & Busters Yes, D & B is a chain, but their salmon & green beans dish is delicious!!! Stephen & Gavin usually get a bacon cheeseburger, and it's really good too! I've heard people say that Dave & Busters is "overrated", but we all love their food!! Plus it's great for a whole family outing! Any time we wanted to get the kids out of the house, they would always choose Dave & Busters, so we went there often!

Las Trojas Cantina  After trying several Mexican food restaurants in the area, Las Trojas is by far our favorite. We've gone here almost every Sunday after church AND Stephen and I have gone every Friday for a lunch date! Yes, it's that good! I'm probably one of the most picky people that you'll ever meet, and this is our Mexican food restaurant of choice! 

Grille On Main is a more upscale restaurant. I would never bring my children here. This is a place that Stephen and I would go to on special occasions, like Valentines Day & my birthday. I'm thinking we went 1 other time just randomly. And of course we had to get the calamari!😅 I got their gulf shrimp🦐 pasta every time, & Stephen stuck with the lobster roll!!🦞 They're both delicious meals!🤤

Jonathan's Grille is relatively new to the Madison area, but it was hands down one of our most favorite places to eat at, in Madison. This was actually the last restaurant that we ate at before the move. Stephen loves their pulled pork sandwich & my go to was their chef salad! Oh, and their spinach & artichoke dip was THE BEST!!!! I think they have a couple other locations, but I'm not sure where. Highly Highly recommend this place!!
