💄 October Beauty 💄

Hey y'all today I'm bringing you my monthly beauty installment!!💄 This month wasn't super exciting, but we still have a few 💎 gems! Also, this is where I share and reviee what I received in my IPSY Glambag in case you're looking for some new products to try.

First up is a 10% Lactic Acid from the brand CLARITYRX. This is my first time receiving anything from this brand. I have also never used a lactic acid before, so this was completely new to me. The label says its an exfoliant  toner that's supposed to help with dark spots. I used a cotton ball to wipe across my face. There was definitely a burning sensation, like stronger than if you were to use alcohol. I don't think I'll be able to use this everyday, or my face might actually fall off!😅 This is one that I'll have to track and follow-up with later. This retails for $60... Since I'm not sure on results or lactic acid for that matter, I don't know if this is worth the price tag just yet... They're also on Amazon, and it's priced the same.

Next up are these Under Eye Volumizing Collagen Pads from Dew of the gods. This is 1 of the products that I chose. I really like their face wash, so I wanted to try these out. Now hear me out.. this, like the above product, is something that you'd have to continue to use over & over for probably years to notice any type of results. BUT, these do leave your under eye area feeling fresh & hydrated. I like these a lot, so there's a good chance that I'll be purchasing more. This box retails for $20 on Ipsy, but I found them on Amazon for $18. Worth it!

Then we have this lovely little duo from ARACELI BEAUTY. Again, this was 1 that I chose. I needed a pair of the little scissors and you can never have too many tweezers, since we can never keep up with ours...🤨... Retails for $22 on Ipsy. Found them on Amazon for $26, which I find strange, but whatever!😅

Now on to the makeup; we have Hello, Brows! Dual-Ended Micro Brow Pencil in Blonde from the brand TRESLÚCE BEAUTY.  Out of a 5 star I'd give this a 3. It's ok, but I wouldn't buy again. The color is perfect for me, and I like the dual ends. However it's slightly on the waxy side, which I don't love. I'm glad I have it though, as I haven't made a trip to get my regular one! This retails for $18. This is not on Amazon, but I did find out that the one I use is on there. It's just under $27 after taxes, but it's way better than the other one!

And lastly we have ESTATE COSMETICS Fall Edit Eyeshadow and Pressed Pigment Palette. This palette is named perfectly, "Fall Edit". I'm definitely on the neutral side of the eyeshadow game, so this is right up my alley! There are 4 mattes & 4 shimmers. I've played around enough with this to have already created 3 different looks. The colors seem to be very pigmented but also buildable. There's not much fall out or kickback. This retails for $22, and with it not being "name brand", I probably wouldn't pay more than $10. I couldn't find it for less than Ipsys price.
