IPSY AGUST GLAM BAG // Country Queen

Good morning lovelies!  Today's post is all about what I got in my Ipsy August Glam Bag!! 😃 These posts are always so fun for me.  I love being able to play with new products and dress up, ah it's just fun to me! Lol Anyway let's get into my bag!

First up, is a GORGEOUS highlight from Ciate London.  This shimmery highlighter is made with tiny, sphere-shaped particles that capture and reflect light for out-of-this-world radiance.  It’s lightweight, silky smooth, very buildable, and blends like a dream—everything we want in a highlighter.  It’s paraben-free, gluten-free, and vegan (yup, all three!).

Second is, a blush from PIXI, in the shade beach rose. This light-diffusing powder blush is made with vitamin E to keep your skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. It’s blendable and buildable—one swipe gave me a subtle flush for day, a few more and we were ready to beach party at night.  Beach rose is a soft, rosy shade that instantly warms up your complexion.  No animal testing, here. This baby is 100% cruelty-free

Next, is this beautiful foiled chrome eyeshadow from THEBALM Cosmetics in the shade Locked Up.  OK how cute is this superhero packaging? And the shimmery shadow inside packs a powerful punch, too. It’s long-lasting, so shiny, and highly-pigmented.  The foiled effect gives it a naturally wet look that’s so sleek and shiny—but you can dampen your brush for an even more intense effect.  Locked up is a pretty, silvery lilac shade.  Like all of THEBALM’s products, it’s cruelty free.

Then, there was a watermelon aqua balm from PURLISSE BEAUTY.  Aside from being one of my fave summer fruits, watermelon is so good for your skin! It’s the star ingredient in this lightweight balm and it’s packed with vitamins A, C, and E which help hydrate, brighten your complexion, and regenerate your skin cells.  Aloe vera and cucumber work together to calm inflammation and reduce redness.  White tea extract protects your skin cells from damage.  The texture? Light, refreshing , and so soothing—it gave a quick burst of moisture my skin craves during the summer.

Lastly,  I got a blush brush from SLMISSGLAM.  It’s not just for blush! The brush head shape makes it great for blending your highlighter, bronzer, and contour products, too.  The synthetic bristles are so soft and light, yet pick up powder pigments with ease.  It’s got a rose gold glitter handle and the bristles have a hint of gold, too—so it’ll look *so* pretty in your brush jar.  Brush with kindness—it’s cruelty-free!

Overall,  I got a fabulous bag this month.  The blush was a little warm for my skin tone, so I had to lightly tap into it.  The highlight was absolutely perfect for me.  The silvery shadow is pretty, but it's not something I would wear ever day.  I always love getting new brushes!  And the water balm was ok, not my favorite, but my 3 year old loves it!  So like I said, overall I loved this months bag!
