🌴Beach Vacay Prep🌴
Happy Friday Fam!! 🤗 Today I wanted to share some products with yall, that I used to prepare for our beach 🏝 vacation a few weeks ago! (I promise this will be the last post of me talking about that trip!) Now these are not all 1 time things, some products were daily use products, where others took a few weeks prior to us leaving. SOME I'm still using! Most of the following products I bought myself, however, some were sent to me for testing and reviewing purposes, which I will disclose which ones as we go.
First up I'm gonna start with; take a nice loonnngggg bubble 🛁 bath! I don't know about y'all, but when I have a trip coming up, I get so tense and stressed out about everything. And personally I find taking a bubble bath really helps to relax your muscles and calm your nerves. I like using the "calming" salts, but I'm out so I used what I had, this Japanese Cherry Blossom 🌸 from Bath & Bodyworks. It's been one of my favorites for a couple years now.
That 👆🏼 will lead right into the next 👇🏻 products. I received the Hers scalp sugar scrub & hair mask from their collaboration with Jennifer Lopez, for testing and reviewing purposes. Before I set foot in my bubble bath, I slathered my hair with this hair mask. The scent is light and very relaxing. This was the first time I ever used a scalp scrub, and I was surprisingly happy with how good it felt!😅 And again it smells wonderful!
I know that I've spoke on this numerous times before, but it's just so good that I couldn't not add it in this post. St. Tropez self tanner has been my go to for like 3 years now. I had to apply a brand new layer of this bad boy the day before we left. That way it would have to to cure before traveling. Plus, who wants to show up to the beach looking pasty?!! 😂 And I just dang love it! If you're in the market for a good self tanner, try this one!!
And to add a little sprinkle of sparkle!🌟 Last month I went to Vintage Market Days in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I picked up these ColorStreet nail things! Lol I guess you would call them stickers?..🤷🏼♀️ Anyways, these are super easy to use, so I popped them on the night before we left! I will definitely be getting in contact to order more!!

The rest of the products will not be for the tub/shower!😅 Actually the next products was more of an "Instagram made me do it", kinda thing!!🙈🙉🙊 I completely caved when I saw the ads for the MAELYS Body Shaping set! These are supposed to help reduce the appearance of cellulite while firming your skin. Now, to be fair, I don't have a ton of cellulite, but I do have it mainly around my midsection. The instructions say to use daily, and it'll take close to 3 weeks before seeing any kind of results. I went ahead and bought the whole collection plus the one for lines on your neck. Because ya girl has tech neck...😩 These are some of the products that I'm still using. I did grab a before pic, so I'll keep you posted on how the results go!😉
BareMinerals has never been a ride or die for me, I don't know why, it's just not one that I reach for. I did receive this complimentary for testing and reviewing purposes. This is Skinlongevity and its a night treatment cream. This does really good with my sensitive skin. I only use at night and wash off in the morning, and it hasn't broke me out, and that's always a good sign!!
