Hey y'all, Happy Friday!!😃 And it really is a Happy Friday for me because I can finally share which house we bought!!😍 If you can't tell by the cover photo, we went with the red brick home that I shared in Part 2, of my House Hunting posts!! We are so thrilled and could not be more pleased with our choice!
Stephen and I started negotiations on this property back in April, on our last trip before the move. And we have been chomping at the bit to close!🤗 The market in this area is crazy, and the fact that we got this house for less than asking was a miracle!
At closing we had the pleasure of meeting the previous homeowners. They were such nice people and answered all of our questions We found out that they had the house built in 1998 and raised their 3 kiddos there. Which to us, made the house more special. 🤗
The house itself doesn't need a lot of work, other than personal choice type stuff. And yall already know I'll share any updates / changes that we make. Also, for anyone interested, we did go ahead and change our home account on Instagram to @101housestreet 🏡
This way its not tied to a specific property. With all that said, I hope yall will stick around and continue to follow along as we turn another house into a home!
