💄 December Beauty 💄
Good Morning Everyone, I hope you're all well! Today will be my last Beauty post if the year. As I'm sure most of you know, I share what's I receive in my monthly Ipsy Plus bag, tell you my experience, honest opinion, & if I think it's worth it.
Next up is a Peptide4 Eye Recovery Cream from ELEMIS!! 😃 So far I love everything I've tried from Elemis. Like the above product, this will be something that you have to be consistent with. That being said I can't report anything just yet, but I will get back with you on this later. Retails for $49
Then, we have a bronzer palette from BASIC BEAUTY. The lightest color in this palette is the only one that works for my skintone. It's ok, it's not terrible. It blends nicely. It retails for $30, I can't see spending that amount on an unfamiliar brand though..
First item up is a Brightening Treatment Mask from ACEOLOGY..The first time I tried anything from this brand was a lip mask, which I really enjoy using!! So I thought I'd give this face mask a go! The packaging reminds me of the Jet Lag brand. After opening this for the first time, it went EVERYWHERE....😳 The product continued to come out of the tube making a huge sticky blue mess... That was not fun. The consistency of the mask is very thick, sticky, and stringy, making it very difficult to work with. Also I was completely unaware that this mask would HURT when peeling it off... The pain is real with this one.. I had to wash it off my face it hurt so bad... Use with caution ⚠️ 😉 Retails for $69
Second up is the Daily Dose of Water Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum from CLARITYRX... I'm really not completely sure about this product. The description on the website says it's a moisture binding serum for dehydrated skin. That all sounds great, but I'm thinking this will be a product that you have to use regularly to see any kind of results. It's definitely more of a gel consistency instead of a serum. It is completely lightweight and dries super fast leaving your skin soft, not sticky at all. Retails for $72. Personally I don't think I would pay that price...
Lastly, is an eyeshadow palette called Miami Nights Pressed Pigment Palette from the brand SHAINA B MIAMI. This is a beautiful palette, but it's not for me! Lol I'm not a "colorful" type person. So this will probably go to a friend or family member! It retails for $20, if you're into bold colorful eye looks, it's definitely worth the price!
