2022 ⭐️ Lookbook Roundup

I've done these yearly round ups for the past couple years, so why not add to the collection?! Much like last year, this year was a little on the crazy side. Grab a snack, it's a long one!!😅 

January 1 of the things that I really wanted to accomplish in the year of 2022 was expanding my cooking menu. So on January 1st, I made my very first Pulled Pork BBQ to go along with our traditional New Years Day meal. It wasn't as good as Lulu's in Destin, but it was still good! It ❄️ snowed, so y'all know I had to pull out my Elsa outfit!😅 My parents got married 👰🏼🤵🏻 for a 2nd time in Las Vegas, which is so cool! I joined the 💃🏼🕺🏻 Dance Ministry Team at our church. We had to learn a very complex, multi layered dance for a conference in like 2 weeks...😱 It was super stressful, but we nailed it with tons if practice.

February  Lillian officially became a published author at 10 years old! Her class worked on a project and her writing is in a collaborative book about how to improve our oceans! My youngest brother and his significant other had a beautiful baby boy on February 2!


March I had been a dance 💃🏼 sub at our gym for like 6 months at this point. And on the 3rd I finally got to have my own class at Phaze3 Fitness! I started working with my TAMSY Family!🤗 (Save 20% at checkout when you use my code KRYSTAL20 ) For the most part, the first couple weeks of March were just normal daily life, but the last couple weeks, were awesome! For our kids' Spring Break plus a 2nd week, we went down to Daytona Beach, FL. I wrote a Travel Diary and I put together a vlog style video that you would have already seen.


April Stephen got a job opportunity that would relocate us to Jacksonville, FL!!😃😍🙃 Which we were ecstatic about! So we put our Alabama house up for sale, and it was under contract in 2 days! We took a few days, and went to Fort Walton Beach, FL.


May Since we were going to be moving at the end of May, my brother and his family come down for the day to hangout with us! I taught my last Zumba class at Phaze3 Fitness on May 19th. The day that we closed on our house, (was my birthday), we made an impromptu trip to Jacksonville, FL to look at potential new homes! We put in our offer on Saturday night, and it was accepted on Sunday. We got the call while we were driving back home to Alabama! We officially moved into our short term rental on the 28th. If you want a little more detail, we put out a video talking about it! Our 1st day, after moving back to Florida, we had to go to the beach! It was Jax Beach, and it was terrible... 10 out of 10 don't recommend...


June So the next beach we went to was MUCH better!! After about a week of being in Florida Stephen had to go to Tampa for training. So the kids and I tagged along. We went to the Aquarium the first day and the Science Museum the next. And then for the most part we were in a 2 bedroom apartment waiting to close on our house. 

July We still had another 2 weeks to go in the short-term rental, so we really just went to the beach and hung out by the pool.🌞 On the 4th we went down to the St. John's River to watch the fireworks! Then we closed on our new home!!😃 I put together a Moving Vlog if you wanna watch that!!


August We mainly spent the month of August getting our house in order, hanging out by the pool, and going to the beach a few times a week! September Around the first of the month, Stephens parents made a trip to visit with us and other family and friends in Florida. On Labor Day weekend we took a day trip to Mount Dora, FL. (You can read about that here.) We spent 1 night / 2 days at the condo in Daytona, so that we could wake up to the beach!! You can read about that in my Travel Diary! The following week we got a visit from Hurricane Ian... Hocus Pocus 2 was released, so I put together a fun Movie Night for the girls. The boys were not havin it!!😅


October The only exciting things that happened in October; other than Halloween, was that I started working with a hair care brand JVN. They gave me a 20% off code at checkout JVNKrystalChe 💁🏼‍♀️ The girls' and I had already planned back in June, that we were going to dress up like the Scooby-Doo characters. This was the first year to ever hand out candy. We sat at the end of our driveway and got to meet several of our new neighbors. 


November At the beginning of the month I started working with Cirkul. Back in June I ordered Stephen and myself tickets to see Southern Momma live. 


December The Dallas Cowboys played The Jaguars here in Jacksonville, so we had to make that game! That was also Stephens Christmas present!! We got our kids an experience for Christmas; which was SeaWorld in Orlando! I was too cold for that!😅
