The Perfect Transition Dress For $30 // Fashion
Hey y'all Happy Friday!! Here in Arkansas, we are currently in that awkward in-between Summer to Fall-ish season. I mean it's still too hot and muggy to pull out your favorite over the knee boots and cardigans just yet, but you can definitely feel a change in the weather. And with school starting back, our internal alarms are going off, "FALL IS ALMOST HERE!!"
A couple days ago I was scrolling through Instagram and saw that Cato Fashions had released some new items, and just fell in love with this little olive dress! Later that day I went to my local Cato store to see it in person and maybe try it on. I showed the picture to the sales lady and she told me that they wouldn't be getting it in their store😫, but it would be in the Little Rock store😀. So she called to see if they had received it yet. GOOD NEWS! They had it, and it was still in the plastic wrap! So she put a small and medium on hold for me! The next day I drove to Little Rock to get it.
I tried the small on first, and it was a perfect fit! With Fall right around the corner I knew it would be a staple in my closet. However, it was thin enough to be worn now, and not burn up. I love the cuffed sleeves, the zipper detailing on both sides of the front shoulders, and the length hit right above the knee, so it would be good for church. It has pockets and buttons down the front that are functional, not just for design. There is also a removable tie that you can use to cinch you in at the waist or replace it with a belt. For $30 this was a win win!!
