How To Receive Free Products 🛍
Hey yall!! The other day I did an Influenster unboxing on my IG Stories, and had so many questions about it. Like, "how do I get free products?", Am I eligible?", blah blah..... So I decided to put all of the info in one place for you, just to help make it a little easier. And when I say "free", yes I mean FREE, they don't even ask for your card!
First things first, you will need to download the Influenster app. Be sure to verify it, so that it knows its you. Its compatible with both Apple and Android systems, so just go to your app store and click the one that looks like this!
You will need to create a profile. Like any other social media platform, it wants your info. It's been a while since I've set mine up, but while you're setting up your profile, it's gonna want you to connect your other accounts. DO IT! This is a very important step. When you connect your other accounts it tallies up how big your following is. That number will create your "impact score". (We will come back to that a little later on😉)
After your profile has been set up, and you've clicked on all of the categories that you're interested in, it will want you to do what they call "snaps", (as you can see below, im WAAYYY behind!😂) but basically it's you reviewing products that you've already used. Whether you loved them or hated them, review to YOUR opinion. The more snaps you do, the more badges you unlock, so it's kinda like a game in a way. There are different levels to each badge, which ultimately keeps your name at the top of the list.
All of the snaps that you review are saved at the bottom of your profile page. Here's an example of one I did a couple weeks ago. You don't have to post pics or videos, but I think it really helps.
So, you've been interacting with the app and doing these "snaps" and nothing is coming your way... 🤷🏼♀️ When I first started my Influenster account 4 years ago, it took a couple months before I got an email saying that I was on a "short list". So just continue to interact with it.
Before you receive anything, you will get an email saying... ☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻 ... you're on the short list. Basically it's a survey for you to fill out to see if you are the right candidate for whatever product they're sending out. So it's very important that you answer the questions honestly. So if the question asks, "what kind of hair do you have? Straight. Wavy. Kinky." If you have straight hair, don't click that you have kinky....
You're In🎉 lol Thats what the next email will say... well if you are that is! BUT for this purpose, you're in, you're going to receive... XYZ... Give it about a week, once the box (AKA VoxBox) comes in, go to your profile, go to your campaigns; click on the correct option; check in your box. Then the fun stuff begins!!😃
After you've checked your box in, there will be different little activities for you to do, all consisting of posting on social media and reviewing the products on various sites! This is my favorite part, I get to create the content around the product! Usually there are between 5 to 10 different activities for you to complete.
Here's another pretty important step; every time you share the product, share your link, that's another way to boost your Impact Score!!💥 Remember, the higher your score, the more products you'll receive!
