I Don't Live There Anymore

The other night I was having one of those "life" type conversations with a friend, and some things were mentioned that took place years ago. My friend said, "it's just not fair & it's not right". I told them,, "hey I know, but you can't live in that mindset. You can't dwell on it". Now having that conversation fresh on my mind, I should have said, "I don't live there anymore, and neither should you."

Listen yall, I know I've said this a few times, but God never said that we would have a fair life. In fact the Word says that in this life we WILL endure trials & tribulations. There WILL be suffering & sorrows and we WILL go through hardships. You can't go back and change your past. All you can do is move forward in Jesus. I'm going to leave you here with a few scriptures.

"I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

John 16:33

"We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love."
