💜 Skin Care To The Point 💜
Hey yall, Happy Friday!!😃 Today's post is in partnership with FIZZ Facial Bar, and I'm going to be filling you in on a very cool experience I had the other day!! 💜 Last Wednesday I got an email from Fizz Facial Bar letting me know that they were opening a new location in Conway, AR, and then invited me to be one of the first to experience it! 🤗 Of course I said yes, and we set up an appointment.
From there Greg applied under eye masks to help hydrate and tighten the fine lines around my eyes. (I cannot remember the name to save my life...😩). Again, while the under eye masks were doing their thing, he used something that I have never seen nor heard of before, they were these purple glass balls called Ice Globes, that they keep in the freezer.... like what?!! 😅 It was the coolest thing ever. He massaged them all over my face, they literally felt like ice-cubes! Their purpose is to lift the skin for a younger, tighter, more glowing look.
And last but not least, since my face has a strange reaction to spf, he used an oil-free moisturizer to top off my facial. After everything was finished he asked me a few questions regarding the treatment.

Monday morning my mom and I made our way to Conway to check out this exciting new experience. 💜 We were greeted with a warm Hello from the FIZZ team. My esthetician (Greg), introduced himself, then proceeded to show me around their new facility. Then he showed me to my seat.
Before getting started with my facial he asked me a few questions regarding my skin and the other standard questions that you get for most things; (are you allergic to anything; are you pregnant, nursing, etc.. He wrote down all and any skin concerns that I have so that he could build the right facial for me. My main concerns are forehead lines, crows feet around my eyes, and red pigmentation.
So he took all of that and helped recommended that I get the Enzyme Glow. The Enzyme Glow facial is a fruit and botanical acids that gently exfoliate to allow your skin to glow. He started by gently rubbing Vitamin Veil and Amendola Milk Cleanser to remove my makeup. The Vitamin Veil is an oil based cleanser that contains natural oils and vitamin E. The Amendola Milk Cleanser is a non-foaming cleanser that provides the mild exfoliating behind of Latin and mandolin acids. Both of which remove all dirt and debris from the skin.
Along side the cleansers he used a heating tool called My Skin Buddy on the thermal setting to really help open up the pores and allow for a deep cleanse. The red light help promote more oxygen to the skin.
From there he used a tongue depressor to apply a Hydra Intense Cooling Mask that includes hyaluronic acid for deep hydration. This mask provides a cool, refreshing sensation that contains soothing botanical antioxidants. This type mask will also help treat a sunburn!! While the mask was at work I was offered a complimentary neck massage, which was very relaxing!!
After using the Ice Globes, Greg moved to another tool that I had never experienced before. It was a NuFace Facial Toner; again, very different than beauty tool I've ever used before. The NuFace Facial Toner is an advanced microcurrent facial toning device that helps improve facial contour, tone, and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. You can definitely feel tiny jolts of electricity as it's pressed to the skin.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience. It's been 4 days since my facial and I haven't experienced any kind of irritations or problems with my skin. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and informative! A huge shoutout to my esthetician, Greg, he was amazing with everything. He spoke with a very soft gentle voice while explaining every step of the process.
To all my friends and family in or around the Conway area, you have got to stop in for a facial at FIZZ. The estimated time is roughly 45 minutes, making it very convenient for your lunch break!!😃 FIZZ also has 3 other locations for those of you who are not in the Conway area. They're in Jonesboro, AR.
