💄 July Beauty 💄

Good Morning Everyone!! In today's Beauty Installment, we're talking about what came in my IPSY Glambag Plus, and whether I think you should check it out or pass on it! I actually found a few deals on Amazon for the products listed.

First item up is the Oil and Pore Control Mattifier Broadband Spectrum SPF 45 from Murad. Murad is actually one of my favorite skincare brands, so I was thrilled to see that I was getting this. The only thing that worries me about this product is that it's an SPF, which normally SPF's break me out. However, I hadn't tried this particular brand til here recently. So far it hasn't affected my skin, but I can say my makeup sits nicely on it! My face looks so fresh and healthy when I wear it. If it continues to not break me out, then I'll definitely have to repurchase this. Retails for $48 (Found it on Amazon for $42..)


Second item in my bag is an eyeshadow palette from WINGME Cosmetics. Now, I've never heard of this brand, but I can say that it works great. I actually stepped outside my comfort zone and dipped into the purple shades. I think they blended out nicely! I am a little scared of color so I barely tapped into the color, so I'd say that they're pretty pigmented! Retails for $24.(Not on Amazon.)

Next up is a lip scrub from Laura Geller. Not gonna lie, I thought this was a lipstick!!😂 Turns out it's a lip scrub!!🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ But yall, this works so well. I think if I had known this was a scrub, I probably would not have chose this product,  but I'm so glad that it turned out this way! Highly recommend this product. It leaves my lips so soft! Retails for $21 (Found it on Amazon for $18 with a 15% off coupon!!)


Then I got a lip balm from ROEN BEAUTY, Kiss My Liquid Lip in Scout. At first glance, this color was WAY too dark for me. Then, after applying it, I realized that it was more like a gloss, but with a balmy consistency and not as dark as it looked in the tube. It feels so good on the lips. Retails for $26 (Amazon has the same price as above. But it's available in 2 other colors and a trio for $64)


And lastly, I received this cool hair tool!! It's a mini heat brush from SOLEIL HAIR TOOLS. I'm gonna just say it, PASS ON THIS ONE!!🙅🏼‍♀️ I think it's a great concept, and there are even similar products out there for you to try. Just don't waste your money on this. I doesn't get very hot, and I feel like it really pulls my hair. Retails for $150 ⬅️ Blows my mind... (Found it on Amazon for $79... 🤨😂 Only its pink.)
